Yes — that's the most common wedding problem we solve. Guests type their name and see their table instantly, on their own phone or on the touchscreen display at the entrance. No easel of table cards, no crowding.
We have 300 guests. Will check-in hold up the reception?
No. Guests find their seat in seconds by searching their own name, and walk-ins can be seated on the spot by your planner. There is no line because there is no single point everyone must pass through.
Can the MC make announcements to everyone's phone?
Yes. Your MC or planner sends announcements and every guest sees them in the Guest Hub on their phone. Announcements don't appear on the touchscreen.
Does it work for Nigerian and African weddings with large guest lists?
It was built for exactly that. Hundreds of guests, multiple families, last-minute plus-ones — the seating chart stays editable until the day, and guests only ever see their own seat.
Do guests need to download an app?
