For couples and wedding planners

Wedding guest management

Wedding guest lists rarely stay still. Names are added, plus-ones are confirmed late, and two families' spreadsheets have to become one. BlueBox gives you a single place to hold that list, assign tables and keep everything current — right through to the morning of the wedding.

One list, not three spreadsheets

Bring every guest
into one place.

Most weddings start with a guest list that has already lived in more than one document — a family's list, a partner's list, a planner's working copy. BlueBox lets you add guests individually as details settle, or import a list in one go by uploading or pasting it, and it flags likely duplicates so the same guest doesn't end up added twice under slightly different spellings.

Guests can also be grouped, so a bridal party, a family, or an entire side of the wedding stays easy to find and review together as you finish assigning tables.

Table assignments

Seat every guest,
and change your mind later.

Assign each guest a table, and a seat if you're planning down to that level of detail. A tables view shows you counts per table as you go, so it's easy to see where you still have room and where a table is full. Because updates take effect immediately, a seating change made the night before reaches your guest hub in time for the wedding.

On the day, guests search their own name — on their phone or at a BlueBox display near the entrance — and are shown their table straight away, no printed seating chart required.

Beyond the guest list

The same list carries
your whole wedding day.

Once your guests and tables are set, the same event carries your wedding design, welcome message, program of the day, menu and any announcements — all reachable from the guest hub your guests already opened to find their seat. Entitlements on your plan simply reflect how many guests your event covers.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add my wedding guest list to BlueBox?

Add guests one at a time, or import your whole list by uploading a file or pasting it in. BlueBox flags likely duplicate names before they're added, which matters when a list has been merged from two families.

Can I update the guest list right up to the wedding day?

Yes. Guests, tables and groupings can all be changed up until the moment you go live, so late additions or last-minute table swaps are never a problem.

Can we group guests, like families or bridal party?

Yes, guests can be grouped, which makes it easier to seat families or wedding parties together and to review the list by group rather than one long alphabetical list.

Does BlueBox handle wedding RSVPs?

No. BlueBox does not manage invitations or RSVPs. It takes over once your guest list is finalised — organizing that list, seating guests and running the arrival and event-day experience.

What do guests see once the list is set up?

Each guest can search their own name from their phone or at a BlueBox display to find their table, check in, and follow the day's program, menu and any announcements.
