Arrivals
Event check-in without the queue
Doors open and everyone arrives in the same twenty minutes. BlueBox spreads that pressure across three ways to check guests in — on their own phone, at a display, or with a host — so no single line has to carry the whole crowd.
Three ways in
Self, kiosk
or staff-assisted.
Self check-in
A guest opens the guest hub on their own phone, finds their name and checks in themselves, without waiting for anyone.
Kiosk check-in
A BlueBox display at the entrance runs name search and check-in full-screen, resetting to welcome after each guest, ready for the next.
Staff-assisted check-in
A host uses the organizer app to check guests in directly — useful for VIP arrivals or a more personal welcome at the door.
Check in
right after the reveal.
Check-in sits alongside Find My Seat in the same guest hub, so a guest can search their name, see their table and check in without switching screens or scanning anything again.

a steady flow of guests.
A single BlueBox display can absorb a large share of arrivals on its own. Guests step up, search their name, confirm it if there's more than one match, and check in — the screen then resets to the welcome view for whoever's next in line.

TOUCH TO BEGIN
For the organizer
Watch the room fill
from anywhere.
Whichever route a guest takes, their check-in shows up straight away in the organizer app's live arrivals view, alongside a running count. There's no reconciling a paper list at the end of the night — the count is accurate the moment doors open.

How does self check-in work?
A guest finds their name in the guest hub on their phone or at a BlueBox display and checks themselves in, no host required.
Can staff check guests in instead?
Yes. Staff can check guests in from the organizer app, which is useful for VIP arrivals or when a host wants to greet guests personally.
Can a display be used as a check-in kiosk?
Yes. A BlueBox display can run name search and check-in full-screen at the entrance, resetting to welcome after each guest.
Do organizers see check-ins as they happen?
Yes. Live arrivals and check-in counts update in the organizer app in real time as guests check in.
Does check-in need a separate app or scanner?
No. Check-in happens through the same guest link, QR code or BlueBox display already used for the event — there's nothing extra to install.
