You publish the program from the organizer app as a list of timed items — arrivals, speeches, dinner, dancing, whatever your event includes. Guests see the same running order, in order, without needing to be told twice.

The program isn't just a static list — it highlights where the event is right now. As time passes, the NOW marker moves down the timeline, so a guest glancing at their phone instantly knows what's happening and what comes next.
