The touchscreen welcomes guests, shows them their table and seat, and checks them in. The program, menu, announcements and games are on every guest's phone through one QR code, with no app or account.

Questions
How much does a touchscreen display rental cost in Houston?
One display starts at $1,200 per event, including delivery, setup, up to eight hours of event use and pickup. Packages with two, three or four displays are on our pricing page.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, since each display can serve one event per date. Availability for your date is checked when you reserve, before anything is charged.
Do you deliver and set up the display?
Yes, delivery, setup and pickup are included within our Houston service area.
What if the venue Wi-Fi is weak?
The display keeps your event essentials stored on the screen, so guests already loaded can still see their seat if the connection drops. We test the connection during setup before doors open.
Can guests use their phones instead?
Yes. Every guest can scan one QR code to find their seat and check in on their phone, and to see the program, menu, announcements and games, which are phone-only.
How many displays do I need?
Most events need one per entrance. For large guest counts or several entrances, two or more displays keep the line moving.
