For corporate event teams
Corporate event guest management
Conferences, dinners and awards nights all share the same pressure point: getting a room full of attendees checked in, seated and informed without slowing the door. BlueBox gives your team one workspace for the attendee list, seating and live arrivals, and gives attendees a self-serve way to find their table and follow the agenda.

Attendee lists that stay accurate
One attendee list,
shared across your team.
Corporate attendee lists are often assembled from registrations, internal nominations and last-minute plus-ones. Import the list in one pass by uploading or pasting it, or add attendees one at a time as confirmations come in. BlueBox flags likely duplicates as they're added, which keeps a combined list from a registration platform and an internal spreadsheet from producing double entries.
Table assignments and seat numbers can be set for the full dinner or awards portion of the event, and the tables view gives your team a running count per table while the seating plan is finalised.
Arrivals, live
Watch the room fill,
in real time.
As attendees check in — on their own phone, at a BlueBox display near registration, or with a staff member checking them in from the organizer app — arrival counts update live. Your team can see how many attendees are in the building without walking the floor, and readiness indicators show how much of the guest list is still outstanding as doors open.

One agenda, everywhere
Keep attendees on
the same running order.
A published, timed program shows attendees a live agenda with a marker for what's happening now — useful when a multi-track conference or a long awards night shifts slightly during the day. Venue details, menu information and announcements sit alongside it in the same guest hub, so attendees have one link for the whole event.
Frequently asked questions
Can BlueBox manage attendee lists for a corporate event?
Yes. Attendees can be added individually, or a full list can be imported by uploading or pasting it, with likely duplicates flagged before they're added.
Can we track who has arrived?
Yes. As guests check in — themselves, at a BlueBox display, or with staff assistance — the organizer app shows live arrival counts, so your team can see attendance building in real time.
Does BlueBox handle table assignments for corporate dinners?
Yes. Each attendee can be assigned a table and, if needed, a specific seat, and the tables view shows counts per table while you plan.
Can we send updates to attendees during the event?
Yes, announcements can be published during the event and reach every attendee through the guest hub on their phone or at the display.
Does BlueBox replace our registration or ticketing system?
No. BlueBox doesn't handle ticketing, invitations or payments from attendees. It manages the guest list, seating, check-in, program and on-site information once your attendee list is confirmed.
