Add guests one by one,

Every event starts with a guest list. Add guests individually as RSVPs and details come in, or import an existing list in one go by uploading a file or pasting it in. As you import, BlueBox checks for likely duplicates so the same guest doesn't end up added twice under slightly different spellings.

Guests can be organized into groups — a family, a party, a department — which makes reviewing and seating a large list easier to manage than one long, flat list.
Each guest can then be given a table and, optionally, a specific seat. The tables and seating view shows a live count per table, so it's easy to spot which tables are full, which have space, and which guests still don't have a table at all.
